SPLICE CONSTRUCTION
Sold Splice Construction the naming rights for the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic netball team.
Negotiated all the sponsorship deals for the Splice Construction board including The Chiefs Rugby team, Northern Districts Cricket Association and the Waikato Rugby Union.
Completed a full marketing revamp including the website, created the TVC’s, advertising material, led sideline graphics and the community engagement plan. This allowed us to take more than 4500 people from lower income schools to sports events.
Provided executive leadership as temporary CEO which included leading a complete business and financial restructure. Splice Construction continues as a much smaller but refocussed business.
