I am a creative person who leads with passion. I like to get amongst the problems and help people see the wood from the trees. The best high performing team cultures are driven by people who are prepared to work as part of the team and cut some wood. I get great satisfaction from helping my teams exceed their expectations, hit their targets and develop to their potential.
My experiences in leading successful performance sports teams have taught me most of what I know about team culture and how to deal with success and failure. I excel at relationship development and am passionate about working within the community and supporting not-for-profit organisations as a fundraiser, board member and volunteer. My greatest achievement is my three awesome kids, my wife and family and the fact they like my sense of humour and sense of fun.
I bring significant experience in leadership and project management, manufacturing and production, marketing and sales, brand development, contract negotiation, sports marketing, brand activations, TVC creation and production, team building, and all aspects of event day operations and delivery.
